On May 16th, Bondex (603836) held the 2021 annual report briefing by means of "live streaming + online interaction". In 2021, facing the complex situation of the rising prices of international air and sea logistics services and the sluggish global supply chain, operators of the company addressed the challenges without hesitation, did systematic work with "product system construction, global network layout, digital information technology and internal management optimization" as the business focus and development strategy, and achieved good business performance: the operating revenue was 11.913 billion yuan(CNY) during the year, with a year-on-year increase of 119.48%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring revenue and expenditures was 439 million yuan(CNY), a year-on-year increase of 191.73%; basic earnings per share reached 2.61 yuan(CNY) / share, a year-on-year increase of 117.5%.
Tang emphasized that in the increasingly complex international situation, it has become an urgent strategic task for the nation to ensure stability of the international supply chain and enhance competitiveness of international logistics services. As the organizer of international logistics solutions, under the guidance of the country's 14th Five-Year Plan, Bondex will maintain its strategic focus, grasp historic opportunities, continue to promote the global network layout and the upgrading of information technology, make every effort to provide valuable services for customers, create returns for shareholders, and help Chinese enterprises enter the overseas market with standardized and quality services, customized solutions, digital operations and global networks to achieve a shared win-win future.
