From May 10 to May 14, 2012, the fourth course of the Bondex 2011 MBA Advanced Seminar was held in the Yanta International Hotel in the ancient capital of Xi'an. This course focuses on talent management and performance improvement. Ma Junjun invited to teach two topics of strategic human resource management, management improvement and performance improvement respectively.
The course is rich in content, both contains a lot of novel and unique theoretical point of view, also includes a large number of actual combat case study, has been widely recognized by the majority of students. From ideas to tools and from theory to practice, Ms. Ma sketched out a clear three-dimensional model of the human resources from the strategic level to the practical level.
