From June 7 to June 8, 2014, the Company organized a special training on "Enhancement of Management Skills in Management Excellence" at Beihai Hotel in Qingdao. This training invited Mr. Lu Hualong, a domestic expert in management training and training, to give lectures from all departments of the Company 56 colleagues from the branch participated in this training.
During the two-day course, Mr. Lu started with "Role Transition" and "Management Basis", and used the case of "manager's troubles" as a guide to lead the three roles of managers in their daily work. Confronted with the confusion conducted a thorough analysis of how each character can be regarded as excellent standards for a precise definition. Then I gave a wonderful explanation of the dimensions of the four management functions of "Goals and Plans", "Organization and Distribution", "Control and Rectification" and "Leadership and Incentives". Explain the process of interspersed cases and stories, students immersed in easy humor, entertaining learning atmosphere.
At the end of the course, many of my colleagues were impressed with Miss Lusong's teaching. Many practical and practical management tools in Lusi's course have greatly benefited everyone.
